Lauren B. Elting is Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Federal Signal. She was appointed to this position on April 26, 2022. Ms. Elting previously served as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Senior Director of Accounting.
Prior to joining the Company in January 2017, Ms. Elting worked at Ernst & Young, LLP from 2004 to 2016, most recently as Senior Audit Manager in the retail, consumer products, and industrial products groups. Ms. Elting additionally spent three years as a Professional Practice Resident at Ernst & Young’s national office in New York.
Ms. Elting received both her Bachelor of Science degree in Business and her Master of Science in Accountancy from Miami University in Ohio. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
